Truly heartless
Companies like this treat you like a number. Not an individual. Rather than sending a request they went against our agreement of the 28th of every month and activated the debit order on my account 3 days before xmas. Leaving my budget *****ed and my family without. I dont get a xmas bonus im a self starting entrepreneur who budgets every cent. I cant even afford airtime to call the bank or even afford the fee for reversal. So literally. Mine and my family's christmas is ruined.
