Treated like grade 2 student

I needed a small loan to pay insurance access for household damage. This is an a out I am usually able to pop out from my cash account. I made my 3rd or 4th loan application on their website and was told by SMS that my loan was approved but some agent will call me for further documentation. 3 days pass and no call and I am worried about sorting the insurance. <br> <br> When I call I am handled by some underwriter who shows little respect for me and asks me in a very interrogating fashion about information I already furnished on the website. I dropped the phone, went to FNB online, increased my overdraft and got sorted in less than an hour. <br> <br> I have always paid off my loans with DirectAxis very nicely and to be disrespected like this is the last straw. <br> <br> Nice knowing DirectAxis, I hope you teach you underwrites some public relations before you bleed more client. As for me, that was the last time I solicited your assistance. <br> <br> And please don't call me for a follow up on this, I am not interested.
