#treat clients fairly

South African Reserve Bank have reduced our rates twice this year but i still pay the same amount on my loan with DirectAxis. My interest rate has not changed at all and I called them more than 3 times their phone just rings and drops no answer from their agent.I really don't know what to do now.Do we really have a bank out there that really care about people and treat really them fairly because this guy are really taking advantage of me.
