Totally Frustrated

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I am so frustrated! ! I app**** for payment relief on the 17th of April 2020, my debit orders have been going through as normal and even though I received a call from DirectAxis detailing the relief arrangements I have assumed that the relief was still forthcoming. I have sent numerous emails to *** and have yet to receive a response other than the automated sms that you receive saying you will be contacted within 5 days, in fact the last email that I sent was deleted unread. attached). I have tried to send emails to *** and all I receive are the automated responses. I have also tried on numerous occassions and to any number I can find on the internet for Direct Axis, to contact DirectAxis telephonically however all you hear is the automated voice until the call eventually cuts off. I have even tried to contact via facebook messenger with no success. Great customer service wouldn’t you say…not!

Then last week, I open up my clear score dashboard and see that it looks like the relief was granted and has been active since 11 May 2020 however DirectAxis have continued to submit debit orders. Debit orders went off on both the 27th of May 2020 and 26th of June – both of which was after the “activation” of the relief.

Yesterday I received an sms from FNB stating that the prime lending rate has changed and the interest rate applicable to my Cashflow Relief Plan (the one I haven't received) will be amended accordingly.

What is going on???

Hello Natasha,  We have received your review.  Apologies for the unpleasant experience in trying to get through to our call centre. We continue to use preventative measures to protect our team against the spread of the Coronavirus infections. As such, you may experience delays in responses from our agents. Please rest assured that we care about our customers and our primary focus during this time is to act responsibly towards them.  It may be possible that our internal systems did not have sufficient time to update, hence the debit order being deducted. Please note that our teams are working on resolving the systematic issue.  We'll escalate the matter to our COVID-19 support team and arrange for a consultant to call you.  Team DirectAxis

I could understand that the May debit order may have gone off due to time constraints however from the 11th of May to the 26th of June there can be no excuse. Please advise when a consultant will make contact.
