Total waste of time

They \approved"my mother for a loan and it is taking now going on to the 3rd week!! They assume everyone is idiots but in NOT! It doesn't take two weeks to a month to approve a loan and pay the money into an account! It also doesn't take a day for them to receive an email like the **** story they stay giving her when confirmation that they have received the email comes back two minutes after you've mailed the documents! And they drag it out every week she has to phone and every week its another long winded story!! I told her she should apply somewhere else because they ********ing her around! Other places take 2 days and you have the money!
