Total and complete incompetence . I have been trying to contact them to obtain a balance on my personal loan , it is like attempting brain surgery with a shovel .... impossible ! Any inquiries to their website is answered ' under maintenance ' , calling is just as bad , either no response or you are requested to hold followed by music followed by .. horrors of horrors - total silence . Repeat process , same result
