Total Imcompetence

Some of the poorest service I have received. For 3 months I have been trying to get you guys to deposit as per normal, and every month i get told the same thing, it will be resolved, and then boom, nothing. A payment was missed, i called in numerous times being told it will be deducted and still nothing. Now, I have your staff members laughing at a person as if this is a joke, and the call is recorded. Im in complete disbelief at Direct Axis. Your customer service staff are the worst and I'm almost sure, you guys dont care.

To anyone in the future, if you want a reliable, dependable Service Provider for loans, dont touch these guys, crazy interest rates and even worse customer service. Once something goes wrong, all hell will break lose. and they will laugh at your challenges as a cherry on top.
