Tired of unsolicited Loan Offers via Email - is this in accordance with law?

Requests to stop receiving Emails from Direct Axis ignored. I identify as Spam and they simply change the sending Email. They must stop!!!!!

Hello, we've made sure that you won't receive any future promotions, however due to our scheduling process, you may receive one or two more letters in the post, but these will be the very last.
