Tired of Direct Axis

I'm getting sick and irritated by the incompetence of this institution.

Last week direct axis requested for my banking statements to check thier so called arrears I have them and more,till today no one has provided feedback. I have been trying to apply for a vehicle its declined due to direct axis as they say I'm behind with payment.

Ok in April direct axis said I was in arrears with R16 k plus,today when I check they say I'm in arrears with R40k plus,so this amount is the initial loan amount,tell me yet the debit order still goes off from my account,from whenever sice I have taken the loan amount.

I'm taking this issue to Barry roux and on Twitter in the next 48hours if no feedback is provided it's no longer exciting it's obsurd.
