THREATENING AND BULLYING LOYAL CLIENTS IS UNPROFESSIONAL
I am sick and tired of DirectAxis sending me threatening messages. I have never missed any payment and my loan account is up to date. They either enjoy bullying clients or they don't know how to do their job.
