third time same complaint - third broken promise

<p>A few weeks ago I wrote and complained about spam mail from Direct axis and the lack of a unsubscribe option.</p> <p>they immediately responded and said how sorry they were and it wouldn't happen again.</p> <p>well a week later I got more mail and complained again on hellopeter.</p> <p>this time they were horrified and said it really is regrettable and it wouldnt happen again blah blah blah</p> <p>Guess what today I got anothe spam mail from them offering special loans</p> <p>WHen will they get it into their heads that they are making it less and less likely that I will ever use them or recommend them.</p> <p>I am going to write to the regulating authority about them now</p>
