THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE EFFORT TO INFORM YOU OF ANY CHANGES AND TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON!
Tried to get a Statement from them as since I've had a loan with them I have NEVER received any form of statement just to be told that I was handed over! WHAT THE HECK! Why was I never informed of this! According to me all of my DOs have gone off and I have no knowledge of this! So now my credit is affected and I NEVER even knew!
OH AND TRY AND CALL THEM... GOOD LUCK! You don't get thru and once it seems like there is hope, the line drops... ALWAYS! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND FIX MY NAME ASAP!
If you can't get hold of me on the phone why Not EMAIL?
There is NO SERVICE. Nut seeing from other reviews it's not unusual to not get help.
