Just like most financial providers Direct Axis are very good and fast efficient in registering customers so they can bind them with a loan and not care about you later. I requested a call back several times from them but they only sent me an acknowledge letter saying thy did receive the request and the consultant with contact me within 24 he's which even today no one has called from their aide to talk to me.<br> <br> Its very embarrassing from a well known financial service provider like them to not care about its customers and I can never recommend them to anyone I know and care about. They are unprofessional and ***********.
