They claim to be a company you can Trust -My Foot

<p>When i see the Direct Axis television advert stating that they are a company you can trust, i simply laugh as this has so not been the case in my experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to warn people considering taking out a loan with Direct Axis and urge you to read my experience below.</p> <p>I have had 3 previous loans with Direct Axis which i paid in full well before expiration date. They continued to send me mail and sms;s stating that they have pre approved a loan for me.</p> <p>I then took up a 4th loan of R150000. Unfortunately not even 2 months after taking out the loan i lost my job due to Bipolar Depression.</p> <p>Direct Axis hound me on a daily basis, sometimes trying to phone me up to 7 times a dayand continually send sms's the latest one being please reply with... for us to debit your with R106...... Are you kidding me you want to debit me with over R100 000. I received a phone call whilst i was recovering from an op in hospital and yet they phoned me back the very next day. I told them i am seeing a phsychiatrist on 6th April 2017 at a state clinic in which case once i obtain a medical attendant report i will submit a claim against the insurance.</p> <p>This does not stop them from harrasing me as the calls and sms's continue.</p> <p>I have tried asking them to reduce the exhorbitant interest rate they charge, but they are not willing to assist me in my time of desperation.</p> <p>DIRECT AXIS ARE ONLY THERE TO GRAB YOUR MONEY WITH HIGH INTEREST CHARGES BUT WHEN YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED AND DESPERATE THEY ARE LIKE A PACK OF HUNGRY WOLVES.</p> <p>A company you can trust? My ass. They feel feathers for you when you are down and out. This after i was a loyal payer for 3 loans previosuly. Direct Axis you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
