They can't see R129000 deposit I made

Three weeks ago I settled my Direct Axis loan to the tune of R129 000. Days later they could not see the payment even though I used the payment instructions on their statement. Now 3 weeks after the fact they have deducted a payment already and I am still sending emails and making fruitless calls. Please help. I am begging you. This is not small change we are talking about
