These people do not respond whatsoever
I had an account with Direct axis which was settled in 2013 and I have proof that it was settled in the form of an email sent to me - in other words something in writing and these people went ahead and listed me on ITC. after numerous emails and phone calls from myself to them I get no response EVER. the 1st contact I made with them was beginning of this year already and still no one bothers to respond
