The Worst Service Ever

I have never had such a bad experience with Direct Axis before but I app**** for a loan through Sanlam Personal Loans and I have had the worst experience ever. My application was approved on Saturday and I sent all the documents and transferred the initiation fee and even accepted the debit order mandates that came through.Now I continuously get requests to submit the same documents over and over again being called by different agents all the time. All of a sudden my initiation fee was paid into the wrong account and it takes the whole week to allocate. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I want the whole application cancelled, my initiation fee refunded into my bank account and the two debit order mandates cancelled.
