The worst people to deal with

Very disappointed with the services from DirectAxis, as a 3rd party claim, after being in an accident with one of their clients which he was at fault, its like they work together to make sure that i don't get paid out for the damages, firstly its difficult getting hold of anyone to speak to about this matter, when i do I'm directed elsewhere to someone thats from a different company, the accident happened last year November and I'm still running after them, Augusta to be exact, huge problem! Never available, never returns calls after leaving a message so i really don't know who else to approach. DirectAxis is by far the worst service I've ever received, and i hope this is a call to get their story right.
