THE WORST!!!

This is the worst company to take a personal loan with, I have been paying off a handed over amount of R61835.83 since Jan 2018 with a company they use called VVM. 5 years later i am sitting with a statement from VVM showing an outstanding balance of R90k ( that being a capital amount of R48k plus interest over R35k plus receipt fees and admin fees taking is to a total of R90519.) I am being charged for emails which i have not been getting, charged for NECESSARY ELECTRONIC FEES, COMMUNICATION FEES, RECEIPTING FEES, ADJUSTMENT CALCULATED INTEREST FEES, OUTGOING CELL CALL FEES, OUTGOING WORK CALL FEES. I called VVM to ask why am I being charged all these fees and the agent couldnt answer me. over the 5 years the statement shows i have paid R49,930.00 so i should be sitting with an outstanding balance of R11,905 HOWEVER that is not the case. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH DIRECT AXIS OR ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO DEAL WITH THEM. THE WORST!!!
