The ***** your money company!!!! Refusing to pay back credits!!!!!!!!!

Very worst encounter I had in a very long time with a company. SOOOOO easy to lend you money, but boy o boy if you account is in a credit!!!!! Please dont expect any reaction or feedback from them. Ignoring telephone requests (that is if you manage to speak to a person through the call centre) ignoring email correspondence!!!! Call centre calls get cut because you are transferred from one person to another.....and need to start problem all over again. My loan I had was settled with DirectAxis and I received a statement with a credit amount of R1205-21. Interest rates are already crazy and was thankful to be able to get a little back but to no avail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a friend in the same situation not getting his +/- R16000 credit back from DIRECTAXIS!!!!!!!
