I had a complaint last week - but Andre Hanekom assisted promptly and provided continuous feedback .<br> Thank you so much for the stunning service that you have provided to me and really went the extra mile.<br> <br> I really appreciate the extra trouble and feedback - I did not have to wonder what was going on - but knew throughout the process.<br> <br>
