Terrible, terrible service and no assistance!!
Worse loan centre you can use. Received Covid19 payment break on my loan but they debited me for an extra month, I called in and they refunded me. However the system has taken the refund as a non payment and now for 6 months not 1 person can assist me to rectify it. they contact me on a daily basis and now for 6 months all I do is repeat myself and still no resolve. Have no idea what to do now. Don't ever use them, so rude and unhelpful not 1 person helps they keep putting you though to someone else and they don't read there notes and you cannot for the life of you get hold of a manager.
