Terrible Service

I have been a client of DirectAxis for a number of years now and I have paid my full installment every single month without fail.

I needed an additional loan - I was initially told that it was approved. I was called a number of times to request the same information over and over again.

Yesterday evening, I received an SMS saying that my loan has been approved and less than one minute later, I received an SMS saying that it was declined.

This is not the way to treat a regular client.
