Terrible service
I have been trying to get an issue of prescribed debt resolved since 2016. Loan number ********** 2040 that taken out in 2007. I have emailed called no comes back to me. My last email was sent to Shafiek of the affordability department who never got back to me. The other email addresses they have just gives u automated responses. I am tired an frustrated . Can someone please contact me .
