Terrible Service

I app**** for a loan and sent my documents to verify , the lady who the application telephonically told me I can send my bank statement and copy of ID as this would confirm my postal address ! This was not the case after 5 calls using my airtime I was told my proof of address and docs were not valid but no one called to tell me this I had to keep calling to check on my docs !! I still have not received feedback but everyone I called was easy to pass the buck and not get back to me
