Terrible Service
I am still paying life insurance - I cannot get it cancelled.. When I contacted the underwriters direct, they had no record of me even having life insurance - 8 years of paying and no record - where is the money going.. and continuing to go to ?. I have tried to contact direct axis via phone (no response or dropped calls) No reply to emails other than automated responses. Twitter no response... on FB messenger I was told they would contact me.. nothing....absolutely shocking service - they can however phone me up to 3 times a day to offer me loan..?

01 Sept 2020, 12:01That's the point... I don't have policy details - never received the policy that I have been paying for and that is making it impossible to cancel... Hollard have no record of any policy in my name or ID number. The debit order comes off from Direct Axis
