Terrible Customer Service

This is one of the worst creditor I have come accross. Called them more than 6x today, they drop calls and transfer to FNB collections. My account isn't even in arrears. I need to find out on why my credit protection was being charged R179.10 for the duration of the term whereas my loan amount was decreasing monthly. "your credit life insurance premium and coverage should decrease monthly as your loan balance is reduced through monthly payments."

I feel ****** and need to be refunded

They also refused me to speak to supervisor, they just dropped the calls
