Terrible customer relations and service

I phoned DirectAxis on the 14th of September to make payment arrangements for two months (being end of September and October 2016), I knew that my salary for these two months was going to be about half of what it normally would be due to illness which resulted in unpaid sick leave, and considering myself a honest client, I tried to make arrangements with DirectAxis for these two month in order that I will be able to financially cope for this month, two of my other debtors were very accomodating and immediately arranged reduced payments for these two months. But when it came to DirectAxis they immediately starting giving me the run-around, and eventually I was informed by one of their consultants named, Odele that they will make an arrangement and get back to me. Obviously this never happened, and it seems as if they are stalling the issue in order to grab my full installment on my payday leaving me without any money to live with for the month. It is actually pathetic that a company such as this can treat a loyal client in such a manner, I have never missed an installment to date and asking for a mere two months consession is not going to bankrupt them, my intention has always been to get my account up to date by the end of November 2016. If DirectAxis has any dignity or compassion for their clients they will call me asap to make the arrangements that I requested. My ID No. is ********** 062082 and my contact no. is ********** 827.
