TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES? ???
<p>Hi, I want to settle my personal loan and have been trying for 2 days to get hold of customer care with no success. I've filled in numerous requests for call backs - no success! If you are experiencing technical difficulties I'm sure you can make a plan to let customers know where to reach you?</p>
