Taking more money even after settlement!

So I contacted Direct axis last month, aksed for my settlement balance and paid it immediately and sent POP as requested. Was informed, that due to the holidays and them not being able to reverse the April installment, that the April installment would be my last.

I've requested in writing via several e-mails, as to whether they have honoured what they said over the fone and that indeed my loan was done.

To my great suprise I recieved a statement e-mail, informing me that there is still an outstanding balance.

I am terribly disappointed that no one has rep**** to my email, and now they are going to take even more money off my account even though I followed all their procedures.

I cannot in good faith recommend that any person takes money from them, as they do not want you to settle and try and entrap you if you do so.

I feel as if even if I pay them more, Direct axis will just call me months down the line to say I owe them etc.

Horribly disappointed and vihemently do not recommend their services!
