Taking debit order to early

Im Sick and tired of direct axis taking there debit order out my account before the authorized date. I DON'T GET PAID ON THE 24th OF A MONTH!!! then i have my bank calling me to say that i must now make immediate payment into my cheque account as it has gone INTO negative to protect my credit rating. not only do i now i have no money to eat and the few hundred rand in my purse had to get deposit into the account i also had to miss work to go deposit money. THIS IS BREACH OF CONTRACT FROM DIRECT AXIS. contractual date is the 25th of every month. UNACCEPTABLE
