System rejects my loan application, yet Pulse score/ Credit Score good

So I tried to apply for a loan with DirectAxis for home building improvements, I get an automated response stating it is declined (One or more accounts outstanding) - refer to Transunion. Firstly, I have registration with them, according to their Pulse system, my credit score is good. I have No outstanding accounts, previous Nimble listed account was settled and credit profile was updated accordingly. Even transunion cannot see a reason why system rejected my loan enquiry. I have a good income, with a secured medical profession. A bit disappointed
