Syndicate known to you

Like so many people we were ****med out of a lot of money and we accept that we could have done more. We googled every possible thing we found on the documents we signed to make sure that it was not a **** and everything checked out. When after a week I decided to send a message on DirectAxis Facebook page the respond was that we were ****med and that they would never ask for money up front. When I wanted to share information about the syndicate they already knew everything about them. The problem I have is that they choose not to warn the public in any way, not even on their Facebook page.
