Such Stress

i have never been so disappointed in a company like this.<br> <br> I app**** for a consolidation loan last week wednesday and till today im yet to hear an answer. Right now my application is at the final stages and they cant escalate it for me to get an urgent answer because of their systems and no one wants to take the action or be accountable they all blame it on the system.<br> <br> The system can be fixed and i mean customer service is just not excellent as they say when they send letters to apply. <br> <br> im just tired of calling them cuz they never call. they advice they will call but never do again customer service not up to standard <br> <br> i dont know
