Stupid service....The worst ever.

I have requested a 7 day settlement letter since December 2019.After countless phone calls and emails i received it yesterday 20/01/2020.I received it written on a mail , not a letterhead or statement but on a mail.With the incorrect amount , double what i am owing. Does these people even know what they are doing? Stupid service....The worst ever.
