Struggling to get settlement letter
I have been requesting a settlement letter for my loan from 22 February 2021.
I emailed on the following dates: 22 February 25 February 03 March
I also phoned 4 times and was promised that the letter will be sent to me shortly. Yesterday when I phoned, a woman told me that my letter will be sent to me through out the course of the day and still nothing. They also said it takes a while to generate a settlement letter... DOES IT REALLY TAKE 18+ DAYS TO GENERATE THIS DOCUMENT?? If this is the case at DirectAxis, I suggest appointing new people to do the job!
