Struggling to get my balance
I feel very upset I've been calling Direct Axis all day today to get my balance .All 5 numbers ive been handed by different departments ended up with nothing.last department at accounts I spoke to a Bronwhyn.She could tell me when I made loan and for how much but no balance I made this 10000rand loan in 2015 and should be done by now already but still I pay and pay and nobody can give me a balance I don't even get statements anymore . I am Adri Harmse ********** 811 and I need answers . contact me please something is fishy.
