Struggle to get paid up letter
Hi I was contacting them and holding on for 30 minutes before someone answers. They then put me through to another person which also put me again through to someone else. i was holding on for another 20 minutes before they dropped the phone. this happened for 3 days in a row which is unprofessional. al this just to get a paid-up letter and still struggle to get it. can someone please assist.

I don't know why it takes so long just to get a paid up letter from you. It's nearly a week later and no response from you regarding my letter. it seems that your filling are not up to date o its a mess because obviously it's just a click of a button to retrieve the info required.
i hope i will get my letter within 24 hours.
