Well, as expected DirectAxis doesn’t listen. Firstly, we are not even customers of yours and you are harassing us! I have asked before for you guys to take my wife off your physical mail / postal list (I’m continuously getting post from you guys and it is a massive waste of paper!) and last time I complained on HelloPeter, you said you would remove her. BUT, you don’t even know who she is! So of course, I knew that was a blatant lie. Contact me via the number I have saved here and please remove her from your database. We will NEVER take out a loan with you and your predatory practices. I have placed a reminder on my phone now and will continue to post a bad HelloPeter complaint for DirectAxis EVERY 5 days, until you stop sending her post. So sick of having to run after useless businesses like this. Do your job and stop spamming people with your post as well as ****ing trees. If you reply here saying you will do it, without actually doing so, I will be setting up a social media campaign as well, to let everyone know that your replies here are simply to save face and worth nothing. STOP SENDING US POST! If I see another DirectAxis letter in my postbox, I’m going to lose it. We are not, and never will be a customer of yours, so leave us alone!
