Still waiting for the settlement letter
I am still waiting for the settlement letter , I have called for more than 4 times now and I still haven't received the letter . I just want to pay you and close my account , can someone please send me this letter by the end of business tomorrow , I can't go another week with this account can I please pay you and close this account please.
