Still waiting for refund

Almost a month and I have still not Recieved my refund. I was told I will be kept updated but I have only Recieved one response after I have complained on Hello Peter and nothing after that no email no message. I'm not sure what's happen nothing pooooooooooooooooooooor service. I SURE IL BE IN MY GRAVE BY THE TIME I GET MY REFUND COZ IT'S ALMOST 2MONTHS OF EMAILS BACK AND FOURTH WITH NOT TO POOOR RESPONSES. WHAT'S GOING ON!!!!!! How can you wait so long for a refund. REALLY. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DIRECT AXIS AGAIN.
