Still waiting for payoout

My loan was approved on Monday. Today I saw the loan account was added to my FNB profile. I phoned them after holding on for 2 hours I was told the bank reversed the money. After numerous calls and transfers from one department to the other the matter is stil not resolved. I am currently on the phone for the 5th time today. I have been holding on for more than an hor now. There service was excellent on monday. What happened since? The guy speaking to you while you hold, says that your money would be available the next working day. Seems like nobody is interested in helping me. And that's not the impression I got from my friends that are clients. Please help me!
