Still waiting

I app**** for a loan on Monday the 7th of November, I was called on tuesday to confirm my application and I was told that as soon as the relevant documents were received it would take 3-4 working days. The correct documents were received on Thursday the 10th, this was confirmed by numerous sms's sent to me. On tuesdat the 15th I called to enquire about the loan and I was told it would take 24-48 hours and I accepted that, today 2 days on I phone again and they tell me the same thing, 24-48 hours. I really that money, I wouldnt have app**** if I didnt, I keep on telling people they will get their money at a certain time and everytime I have to postpone, this is really not acceptable.
