Still no verification of documents to transfer funds

<p>I app**** for a loan on Monday, 07 November and was was approved for the loan, pending the uploading and/or emailing of documentation. I did so, and was sent an sms yesterday to inform me that they have not received a copy of my ID and Proof of Residence.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then reuploaded the documentation and emailed it through to the specified address. After receiving no feedback, I called to enquire on the status of my loan and was told that it could take another 24-48 hours before processing.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is a specific reason for applying for this loan. Had I known it would have taken nearly two weeks (and still no gaurantee of loan approval), then I might have used the traditional banking route and been sorted with my loan application a week ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really poor service in my opinion!</p>
