Still no help since 12 May
12 May 2021, 21:20 No assistance bad service I have a loan with direct axis and I am not able to pay the installment because I am unemployed. I have sent numerous emails to them and I have not received any response from them. I have phoned them and it always says that due to the high number of people calling they are not able to assist. What am I supposed to do. I need help and advice.
