Still being assesed after submitting documents 2 days ago
I app**** for a loan 3 days ago. Submitted documents as requested and still waiting for response. I called the call centre on numerous occasions and all they told me it has been approved but need to be assessed, they told me turn around time is 24-48hours....It is Friday today still no answer and now the I presume nothing will get done over the weekend. it is the first time I app**** with Direct axis and most likely the last, I am thinking of cancelling this application should I receive no call or feedback by the end of this day. Truly unsatisfied with the service of this reputable company
