Stay on the line for 10 minutes without response

I was handed over to Sanclare financial by Direct Axis for a loan so I called Sanclare today to make the payment arrangement so the guy who ans he told me the acc is no longer with them.He said I must call Direct axis and ask where is my acc at but I had to hold on for 10 minutes but without respond and I want to know where my acc is at so I can start making payments.
