Stay away the worst customer service ever

So I write a review about two weeks back because they have still not sorted my statement for my loan and my covid loan and say I owe when I am up todate. This has been going on for over two months. My credit record is been affect badly and its Direct axis mistakes which they keep on promising to fix but I still have not had a call from them since my last review. Honestly the worst company to use to get a loan or do any business with.
