Stay away from DirectAxis
I have posted this in April "I am so disappointed. I got a settlement amount for a personal loan in January. I paid it the same day and request them on the payment to close the account, they confirmed it is closed. Today 3 months later I got a letter of demand from VeriCred Collections who wants another R16935.17 ??? How can this be possible ???" They answered its resolved. I requested proof and also that they removed me from Credit buro...they just responded they will come back....please maybe the Ombudsman is my only choice
