Statement of account

have 2 accounts under debt review with Direct Axis - a direct axis pers loan and sanlam pers loan. I do not get statements via email or post. Since yesterday I have been trying to obtain statements on these accounts. A lady from direct axis emailed me a statement. Unfortunately it was incomplete. It reflects my balance as R0 and written off. I am paying the written off amount. Would love not to pay at all as per this statement. the lady provided me with 2 alternative numbers. One does not exist anymore other one no answer.... I need statements to see what has been paid, are they receiving payments from debt counsellor, oustanding balance etc. I phoned the call centres, but once you say you are under debt review they are blank, do not know where to go how to help etc etc. All I need is a statement PLEASE. Once a month or every second month. :(
